About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various technologies and experience levels. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to assess technical talent effectively. IT recruiters typically manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidate fit based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring status reports.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in clients based hiring
Pay: ₹10,165.57 - ₹38,000.00 per month
