Malayalam Voice Process Executive
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: 12th Passed / Any Degree (Arrears Accepted)
Language Required: Malayalam + Basic English
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Maintain good communication with customers
- Update customer details in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction during calls
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Passed or Any Degree
- Candidates with arrears can also apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Good Malayalam communication skills required
- Basic English knowledge preferred
