RIK Industries is a growing Manufacturing and E-commerce company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and own our financial operations. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and internal controls across both our manufacturing and online retail (Amazon/marketplace) businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide management with actionable insights on profitability, cost drivers, and business performance.
- Accounting & Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and Companies Act requirements, including filings, returns, and assessments.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund allocation to support manufacturing operations and inventory cycles.
- MIS & Dashboards: Design and deliver periodic MIS reports and dashboards covering revenue, margins, expenses, and unit economics for both manufacturing and e-commerce channels.
- Cost Control: Drive cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis; identify and implement cost-optimization opportunities.
- E-Commerce Finance: Oversee reconciliation of marketplace settlements (Amazon and others), payment gateways, returns, and channel-wise profitability.
- Audit & Controls: Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits; strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely deliverables.
- Raw Material & Inventory Value: Control inventory valuation, consumption vs. output, and wastage cost across production.
- Procurement Controls: Own vendor payments, PO-to-invoice matching, credit terms, and purchase approval controls (partnering with the purchase team on sourcing).
Qualification & Experience:
- CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with prior experience heading a finance function.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or E-commerce environment strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other Indian statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, or similar) and advanced MS Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
