Job Description – Android Developer
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications that provide an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
· Maintain and improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
· Identify and fix bugs while continuously improving application functionality.
· Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into Android applications.
· Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
· Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience as an Android Developer or Mobile Application Developer.
· Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
· Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and mobile app architecture.
· Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
· Understanding of Material Design principles and mobile UI/UX best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Jetpack Compose, Firebase, or cloud-based services.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment.
· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Published applications on the Google Play Store.
· Portfolio or GitHub projects showcasing Android development expertise.
