Position: BFSI Trainer (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Trainer)
Location: Vagra, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and conduct assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records.
- Support trainee mobilization, counselling, and admissions.
- Assist in placement activities and coordinate with industry partners.
- Ensure a disciplined, engaging, and learner-centric training environment.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Relevant industry and/or training experience in BFSI preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Only Gujarat based candidates will be considered.
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
