Experience: 4-5 years, with strong expertise in phlebotomy.
Role Overview: Ensure safe, painless, and accurate blood collection and sample management for diagnostic testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and collect blood/fluid samples from patients of all ages.
Accurately label, process, and store samples for safe transport or testing.
Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
Manage inventory for phlebotomy supplies (vacutainers, syringes, etc.).
Skills Required: Precision in blood drawing, patient comfort management, and strict adherence to safety standards.
