Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a willingness to travel extensively for business meetings, client visits, exhibitions, and project discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and tender-related documents.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or other reporting tools.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and business events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be ready and willing to travel anywhere in India for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Should be open to international travel, if required.
- Must possess a valid passport or be willing to obtain one if international travel is required.
- Flexible to travel on short notice and stay at project locations whenever necessary.
