Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Visualization
Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural and master planning projects.
Create exterior and interior visualizations for villas, bungalows, row houses, townships, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments.
Produce realistic lighting, textures, materials, landscaping, and environmental effects to enhance project presentations.
Translate conceptual designs and technical drawings into compelling visual representations.
Rendering & Presentation Development
Generate presentation-ready images for marketing, sales, investor presentations, approvals, and project reviews.
Prepare conceptual visualization studies during the design development stage.
Develop mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials.
Support branding and marketing teams with project visualization requirements.
Animation & Walkthroughs
Create architectural walkthroughs, fly-through animations, and virtual project experiences.
Develop visual content that effectively communicates project scale, design intent, and customer experience.
Optimize rendering workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
Design Coordination
Collaborate closely with Architects, Master Planners, Landscape Designers, and Interior Designers.
Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs accurately.
Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback into visual outputs.
Ensure visualizations align with approved design concepts and project objectives.
Quality Control & Innovation
Maintain high standards of visual quality, realism, and presentation aesthetics.
Stay updated with industry trends, visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and software advancements.
Explore innovative methods to improve rendering efficiency and output quality.
Ensure consistency in visual standards across all projects.
- Proven experience in Real Estate, Luxury Residential, Township, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, or Large-Scale Development Projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural renders, animations, and presentation visuals.
- Certification in 3D Visualization, Architectural Rendering, or Animation will be an added advantage.
