Job Description:
We're hiring a Contractor Field Sales Representative to build relationships, drive growth, and bring Schneider Electric solutions to contractors in the field. If you're energized by face-to-face customer engagement and want to make an impact in energy management and sustainability, this role is for you.
What will you do?

Build and manage a portfolio of contractor accounts through consistent field engagement and relationship development

Identify customer needs and present Schneider Electric solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability outcomes

Coordinate with specialized sales resources to deliver the right expertise at the right time

Proactively uncover opportunities and respond to contractor challenges with tailored recommendations
