Job Description
- Analytics Implementation & Reporting
- Support digital analytics implementation and reporting activities across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking frameworks using analytics and visualization tools.
- Perform customer journey, funnel, and behavioral analysis to identify business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, troubleshooting, and reporting governance activities.
- Support analytics QA and tagging validation activities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for analytics support and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Excel Reporting
- Dashboard building expertise using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Data analysis skills with any tools.
- Understanding of customer journey analysis and funnel reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Knowledge of data validation and troubleshooting processes.
