To support this growth, we are hiring a performance-driven Business Manager to lead business development, client management, and project coordination in the region.
Role Overview
The Business Manager – Delhi NCR will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, managing key clients and strengthening Studio Underground’s footprint across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and nearby areas.
This role requires strong networking ability, presentation skills, coordination expertise and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities across agencies and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, capability presentations and negotiations to secure projects.
Generating revenue through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and repeat business.
Prepare and manage proposals, costings and project documentation.
Oversee NCR-level execution including client communication, approvals, schedules and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain structured tracking of leads, meetings and ongoing projects.
Represent the company in networking meetings and industry interactions when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Advertising, Film Production, Media or Digital Agencies.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently handle senior agency heads and corporate decision-makers.
Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of film production processes, scripting, costing, and timelines.
Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with proposal-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and nearby NCR regions as required.
