Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced English Tutor to prepare students for the SAT exam. The tutor will focus on strengthening reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills, while also teaching test‑taking strategies to help students achieve competitive scores.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one‑on‑one and group tutoring sessions for SAT English (Reading & Writing).
Teach grammar, vocabulary, and essay writing techniques aligned with SAT standards.
Provide practice tests, assignments, and personalized study plans.
Track student progress and give constructive feedback.
Guide students on time management and exam strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Prior experience teaching/tutoring SAT or ACT English.
Strong knowledge of SAT exam format and scoring.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Ability to design engaging lesson plans and practice materials.
Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for student success.
