This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palladam for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and managing client accounts, and building strong relationships to increase sales.
Key tasks include market research, identifying potential clients, initiating communication, and creating proposals to meet business goals. The role also involves monitoring market trends and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
3. Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development activities.
4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads.
6. Proficient in MS Office, Email communication, and internet research.
7. Quick learner with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
8. Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to grow in a sales-oriented role.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
