Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled video editor to join our team in Madurai. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage and scripts into high-impact visual stories for our diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of social media platforms and can create content that stops the scroll. You will work closely with the content, SEO, and social media teams to ensure every video aligns with our digital marketing strategies.
Detailed Job Roles & Responsibilities 1. Post-Production & Editing
- Storytelling: Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film, ensuring a logical and engaging flow.
- Platform Optimisation: Create and optimise video content specifically for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video ads.
- Sound Engineering: Select appropriate background music, add sound effects, and ensure high-quality audio levelling and voiceover clarity.
2. Visual Effects & Motion Graphics
- Motion Design: Create engaging titles, transitions, and 2D motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Colour Grading: Perform colour correction and grading to ensure a consistent and professional aesthetic across all brand videos.
- AI Integration: Experiment with AI video tools to speed up editing workflows and add innovative effects.
3. Team Collaboration & Strategy
- Script Alignment: Work with content writers to turn scripts and storyboards into final visual assets.
- Social Synergy: Collaborate with the social media manager to understand trending audio and visual styles.
- Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of raw footage, stock assets, and finished projects for the agency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of CapCut and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Speed & Creativity: Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high creative standard.
- Location: Full-time at our Madurai office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
