Sri Harshavardhana Group of Schols is looking for a passionate, disciplined, and concept-oriented Physics Teacher who can make students understand Physics through practical teaching, real-life applications, experiments, and strong academic guidance.
The candidate should be capable of handling high school classes effectively, maintaining academic standards, and motivating students towards excellent performance in board examinations and competitive environments.
*Key Responsibilities*
Teach Physics for High School classes following the school academic plan.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and revision materials.
Conduct concept-based and application-oriented teaching.
Use experiments, demonstrations, models, and digital tools to simplify difficult concepts.
Conduct regular class tests after lesson completion and maintain student performance records.
Provide remedial coaching for weak students and enrichment support for high achievers.
Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment.
Coordinate with academic leadership regarding syllabus completion and student progress.
Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, academic reviews, and school activities.
Support school initiatives for academic excellence and student development.
*Required Qualifications*
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics
B.Ed. is preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
*Required Skills*
Strong conceptual knowledge in Physics
Ability to explain numerical and problem-solving methods clearly
Good communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage students through practical teaching methods
Basic computer and digital teaching skills preferred
Commitment towards discipline, punctuality, and academic results
