Position: Service Technician
Company: R.D. Electricals (Authorized Service Center)
Location: Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to inspect and repair home appliances.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
- Install, service, and maintain electrical appliances.
- Explain the repair work and basic product usage to customers.
- Complete service reports and update job status on time.
- Maintain proper tools and follow company safety guidelines.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Electronics) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced technicians are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and home appliances.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
