We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor who can engage with prospective learners, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right program. The role involves handling leads, counselling students, and driving conversions.

Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively

Conduct counselling calls to understand student requirements

Explain courses and recommend suitable programs

Convert leads into enrollments through regular follow-ups

Handle objections and build trust with prospects

Maintain accurate data in CRM tools

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
