Job Description – School Operations Manager (CBSE School)
Position: School Operations Manager
Reporting To: Principal / Management
Job Purpose
To oversee the overall administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, regulatory compliance, efficient resource management, and a safe, supportive environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school's day-to-day administrative operations.
- Supervise administrative, transport, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms, statutory requirements, and school policies.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, inventory, and asset maintenance.
- Coordinate facility management, infrastructure upkeep, and safety measures.
- Monitor transport operations and ensure student safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
- Coordinate school events, inspections, audits, and official visits.
- Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Work closely with the Principal, HR, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure efficient school operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in a CBSE or reputed educational institution.

- Knowledge of CBSE guidelines and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
