Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. E-commerce Executive / Flipkart Account Manager to manage and grow our Flipkart marketplace business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, catalog management, advertising, promotions, inventory planning, and marketplace operations. The role requires driving sales growth, improving account performance, and maintaining excellent operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Account Management
- Manage the complete Flipkart seller account and daily operations.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and seller performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Flipkart support teams for issue resolution and account-related escalations.
- Handle seller onboarding, catalog updates, and new product launches.
Catalog & Content Management
- Create and update product listings on Flipkart.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and category compliance.
- Manage bulk uploads and catalog corrections.
Sales & Growth Management
- Develop strategies to increase sales, visibility, and conversions.
- Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales events.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Flipkart Advertising & Promotions
- Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor ad spend, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and campaign performance.
- Optimize advertising budgets to maximize sales and profitability.
Inventory & Order Management
- Maintain healthy inventory levels to avoid stock-outs.
- Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and refund management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth fulfillment operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs including sales, conversion rate, buy box performance, returns, and profitability.
- Generate actionable insights using marketplace data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Flipkart seller accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in catalog management, listing optimization, and marketplace growth.
- Good understanding of Flipkart Ads and promotional tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
