1Stay is hiring a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help onboard hostels, PGs, flats, and rental property owners onto our growing property management and rental platform.
As a BDE, you will play a key role in expanding 1Stay’s presence by connecting with property owners, explaining our platform, generating leads, and helping customers digitize their rental operations using 1Stay PMS.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with hostel, PG, and rental property owners
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and local networking
- Explain and demonstrate 1Stay PMS features to customers
- Onboard new properties onto the platform
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into active users
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and support
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and software platforms
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to speak English and Hindi/Telugu is preferred
