Position: Bench Sales Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Consultant to market and place bench consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to secure interviews and placements for consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Identify suitable job opportunities based on consultants' skills and experience.
- Submit consultant profiles through job portals, vendor networks, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Track consultant availability, project status, and placement activities.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and internal tracking systems.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of various technologies and consultant skill sets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US staffing may also apply.

- Number of consultant submissions.
