Thermopack is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, develop business opportunities, and promote innovative thermoformed packaging solutions across industrial markets.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for business growth
- Identify new customers in domestic & international markets
- Coordinate with design, tooling & production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage client follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Create marketing materials, proposals & presentations
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Commerce (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years B2B industrial marketing experience
- Prior experience in packaging, plastics, automotive, or thermoforming (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits
