Role Overview
Pipixel is hiring a Front Desk Officer to manage client communication, handle day-to-day front desk operations, and support HR activities. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Management
- Handle incoming client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Manage communication across phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule meetings and coordinate client appointments
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Maintain client records and communication logs
Front Desk Operations
- Manage front desk and office coordination
- Welcome and assist clients/visitors professionally
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office communication
HR & Admin Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, follow-ups)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding processes
- Track attendance and assist in internal operations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk / admin / client handling roles
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to Have
- Experience in an agency or service-based company
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
- Basic understanding of HR processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
