Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer databases.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is an advantage.
