Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven US Travel Sales Executive to join our growing travel process team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales for car rentals and flight bookings for US customers, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer inquiries for US domestic and international flight bookings.
2.Assist customers with car rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
3.Provide travel options, pricing, and promotional offers.
4.Upsell travel packages, insurance, upgrades, and add-on services.
5.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
6.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7.Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 6 months of experience in US travel sales process.
2.Experience in flight booking and car rental sales preferred.
3.Strong communication and convincing skills in English.
4.Comfortable working in night shifts/US timings.
5.Sales-oriented mindset with good customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
1.Experience in outbound calls and inbound travel sales.
2.Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
3.Good understanding of US geography and travel routes.
4.Team player with a positive attitude.
