- Plan & maintain daily production flow with proper reporting’s as per schedules.
- Provide overall support for manufacturing, quality, maintenance, stores, shipping Inventory Management
- Ensure line readiness in accordance to the appointed production schedule by ensuring availability of raw materials & manpower.
- Also Check availability of raw materials prior to production scheduling.
- Responsible for shop floor administration & housekeeping. Ensure quality standards are met in shift operations. Report any quality problem to the quality department & fix the problem with them .Plan preventive maintenance schedule of equipment to minimize equipment downtime & maximize equipment life & overall productivity .
- Daily filling of production sheet.Ensure 5S of the impacted areas . Implement HACCP, OHSAS 18001 principles on shop floor .
- Counsel people following unsafe work practices (Stop unsafe practices) .Implement LOTO, PPE usage whenever performing any hazardous work.
- Ensure all safety interlocks of machines are working, conduct safety check of overall line before run startup. Organize safety related training for all associates & labors .
- Give on job training to associates regarding all machines & make them work on every machines turn wise to increase their Multi Skill Index & reduce OT . First-Aid Certification, Regular health checkups, etc.
Minimum Experience Required: 2+
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma
Salary: As per Company Standard.
