Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities of Neelkanth Solar. The role focuses on generating quality leads, increasing brand awareness, developing dealer networks, managing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting sales growth for rooftop solar, commercial solar, industrial solar, and EPC projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate residential, commercial, and industrial solar leads.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor lead quality and optimize marketing efforts for maximum conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of leads.
Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional videos, graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
- Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Brand Management
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence of Neelkanth Solar.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
