- Process spare parts orders received from dealers and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with dealers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Should have knowledge of Tractor Industry
