Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote UPS products and services.
- Provide product information and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer details in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
