The HR Excellence Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving HR systems and people development processes across the manufacturing plant. The role ensures employees have defined competencies, receive required training, complete performance evaluations on time, and comply with company standards, DMS, and audit requirements. Payroll, recruitment, statutory compliance, attendance, and employee relations are managed by other HR team members.
