Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, verifying bills, managing vendor payments, and chasing debt.
Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit cards, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
Administrative Tasks: Filing documents, maintaining digital/physical records, and handling correspondence.
Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and budget reports.
Payroll & Tax Support: Assisting with payroll processing, tax filings, and expense report reimbursements.
