Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant or outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Process bills and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Assist in setting up and closing the outlet
- Follow health, safety, and company service standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
