Job Summary: Responsible for software testing, documentation, customer coordination, and project tracking to ensure successful delivery of Tally-based solutions and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform manual testing of software applications and enhancements.
- Create and execute test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.
- Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare requirement documents, user manuals, SOPs, and release notes.
- Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, feedback, and issue details.
- Track project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate between customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables.
- Assist in software demonstrations, implementation, and customer training when required.
- Ensure smooth communication and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:-
- Knowledge of Manual Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Understanding of TallyPrime/Tally ERP and business processes.
- Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
- Basic project coordination and task-tracking abilities.
- Good communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project-tracking tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
