Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end customer relationships, including understanding home loan needs, explaining product offerings, and guiding applicants through documentation, eligibility checks, and the approval process. The role involves coordinating with internal credit, operations, and partner bank teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans. The Relationship Manager will build and grow a network of referral partners and local agents, drive lead generation activities, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, resolving customer queries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and regularly tracking and reporting sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products in clear, simple terms.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in home loans, mortgages, or retail banking.
- Ability to manage loan documentation, basic financial analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment, with strong networking skills to engage local agents, partners, and customers in the Pune Division.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet targets.
- Working knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, update customer information, and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or housing finance are a plus.
- Prior experience in affordable housing finance or secured lending is an advantage, along with familiarity with Tier 2 and Tier 3 market dynamics.
Pay: ₹18,335.28 - ₹42,815.28 per month
