Job Summary
WTT International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and motivated Electrical Site Engineer to oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that all electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout project execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Verify measurements and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and work completion reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and site logs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–9 years of experience in electrical site execution, installation, or project management.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, cable laying, panels, and commissioning activities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
