About the Role
Edvirexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, responsible, and performance-oriented HR professionals to join our growing Human Resources team.
The selected candidate will receive exposure to multiple HR functions, including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Management, Candidate Handling, HRMS, Performance Management, Training & Development, HR Administration, Vendor Management, and HR Reporting.
The candidate will initially join the HR Department, and the final designation/profile will be determined after successful completion of the probation period based on performance, skills, responsibilities handled, leadership potential, and organizational requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidate communication, experience, skills, availability, salary expectations, and suitability.
- Shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Collect interview feedback and update candidate status.
- Coordinate with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work toward improving candidate joining and retention ratios.
2. Candidate Handling
- Communicate job requirements clearly to candidates.
- Verify candidate interest and consent before profile submission.
- Explain job role, location, work mode, salary structure, interview process, and joining requirements accurately.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up before and after interviews.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Reduce interview no-shows and joining dropouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate status and communication records.
- Avoid false commitments or unauthorized promises to candidates.
3. HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR documentation and administrative processes.
- Coordinate internal HR activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports.
- Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
4. Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee onboarding records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation.
- Explain company policies, procedures, attendance rules, and work expectations.
- Support HRMS/account creation.
- Assist new employees during their initial employment period.
5. Employee Management & Relations
- Maintain professional relationships with employees.
- Address routine employee queries.
- Coordinate employee concerns and grievances with management.
- Support conflict resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee-related matters.
- Promote professional workplace communication and discipline.
6. Attendance, Leave & HRMS
- Monitor employee attendance and working status.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate leave applications and approvals.
- Monitor late logins, early logouts, absenteeism, and attendance irregularities.
- Maintain accurate employee information in HRMS.
- Monitor login/logout and employee work status where applicable.
- Prepare attendance and leave reports for management.
7. Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance during probation and employment.
- Track assigned tasks, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Maintain performance records.
- Identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate performance reviews.
- Support performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide accurate performance information to management for confirmation, extension, promotion, or other employment decisions.
8. Training & Development
- Identify employee training requirements.
- Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and records.
- Monitor participation in mandatory training.
- Collect training feedback.
- Support employee skill-development initiatives.
9. Vendor Management
- Identify potential recruitment and staffing vendors.
- Communicate with recruitment agencies and consultancy partners.
- Build and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Share approved manpower requirements and job descriptions with vendors.
- Receive and review candidate profiles submitted by vendors.
- Check candidate quality, eligibility, and relevance.
- Coordinate vendor-submitted candidate interviews.
- Follow up with vendors for candidate status and interview feedback.
- Track candidates from profile submission through joining.
- Maintain vendor databases and trackers.
- Monitor vendor performance and candidate quality.
- Coordinate pending requirements and recruitment closures.
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations when authorized by management.
- Ensure vendors follow approved company processes and commercial terms.
- Identify and develop new recruitment/vendor partnerships.
- Escalate vendor-related issues to management.
10. HR Documentation & Administration
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare or support preparation of HR letters and documents.
- Maintain joining, onboarding, probation, and performance records.
- Maintain disciplinary documentation where applicable.
- Ensure confidential documents are properly maintained.
- Support payroll-related documentation and attendance inputs when authorized.
11. HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment and candidate pipeline reports.
- Prepare employee attendance and status reports.
- Maintain joining and attrition records.
- Prepare vendor performance reports.
- Ensure HR data submitted to management is accurate and updated.
12. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal meetings and HR activities.
- Support employee recognition programs.
- Collect employee feedback.
- Help maintain positive internal communication and workplace engagement.
13. Exit Management
- Coordinate resignation and exit formalities.
- Maintain resignation and relieving records.
- Support exit interviews.
- Coordinate departmental clearance.
- Support Full & Final documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee exit records.

Candidate Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may apply.
- Experienced candidates with recruitment, HR operations, consultancy, staffing, or vendor-management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have access to a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
Probation & Final Designation
The initial probation period will be 2 months.
