Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Visa Filing Officer to manage and process visa applications for clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures, and immigration processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple applications accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
- File visa applications for different countries according to embassy requirements.
- Guide clients on required documentation and visa procedures.
- Maintain records of all applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
- Track application status and update clients regularly.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and visa regulations.
- Handle client queries related to visa filing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or documentation work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online application systems).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of study, tourist, or work visa processes.
- Experience working with visa portals or embassy systems.
Multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
