THE OPPORTUNITY
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Founder & CEO, Hiral Goel. This is not a traditional EA role confined to calendars and emails — you will be a trusted partner who keeps everything running, from batch coordination and student experience to social media, sales outreach, and research.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with enrolled students on schedules, slot changes, and queries. Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every batch.
Develop creative content ideas and manage presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, what’s app and other platforms to grow the Investing for Mummies community.
Drive enrolments through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and managing a referral pipeline to support batch growth targets.
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress), keep content current, and coordinate with developers as needed.
Conduct market research, track trends in financial literacy, and help the team answer student doubts with well-researched, reliable responses.
Accompany Hiral Goel for workshops or sessions at external venues — be on ground to ensure seamless execution.

Act as a trusted right hand to the Founder — manage schedules, communications, task tracking, and anything else that enables Hiral Goel and Investing for Mummies to operate at their very best.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Required Skills & Qualifications
▪ Graduate in any discipline
▪ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
▪ Strong interest in social media platforms & content trends
▪ Smart, proactive & confident in independent decision-making
▪ Proficient in creating presentations, pitch decks & visual content (PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides)
▪ Genuine interest in AI tools with eagerness to integrate them into daily workflows
▪ Basic digital literacy — comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office & online tools
▪ Willingness to travel for offsite workshops and sessions when required
