Job Summary
The Prodigy Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing academically gifted students from CBSE, ICSE, and other reputed schools for admission into the institution's K–12 and Plus Two Science programs. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of high-performing students who can excel in Board Examinations, JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET, Olympiads, and other national and international competitions, thereby enhancing the institution's academic excellence and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential students from Grades VI–XII across different schools based on academic performance, rankings, Olympiads, and other achievements.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, Principals, teachers, and career counselors to encourage admissions into the institution.
- Conduct school visits, counseling sessions, seminars, talent search programs, and scholarship drives.
- Develop and manage a talent pipeline for admissions into K–12 and Plus Two Science programs.
- Design personalized academic pathways for students based on their career aspirations, including:
- JEE (Main & Advanced)
- NEET
- CLAT
- CUET
- Olympiads
- NTSE/other scholarship examinations (where applicable)
- Robotics, Coding, AI & STEM competitions
- Debate, Quiz, Innovation & International competitions
- Coordinate with Academic, Admissions, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student support.
- Monitor the academic progress of Prodigy students and recommend enrichment programs, mentorship, and coaching support.
- Organize talent identification exams, workshops, boot camps, career guidance sessions, and parent engagement programs.
- Build partnerships with feeder schools and educational organizations to strengthen the institution's academic network.
- Maintain student databases, track conversions, prepare MIS reports, and present progress updates to management.

- Number of high-performing students enrolled.
- Admission conversion rate from identified talent.
- Number of partnerships with feeder schools.
- Student performance in Board Exams, JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET, and Olympiads.
- National and international competition achievements.
- Parent and student engagement levels.
- Growth in the institution's academic reputation.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education, Science, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Education, Admissions, Academic Counseling, Business Development, or Student Outreach.
- Experience working with CBSE schools or competitive examination ecosystems is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
