- Reception & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, answer questions, and notify the appropriate staff of guest arrivals.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages; and manage general office emails.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain the company calendar or appointment schedules.
- Clerical Support: Perform data entry, scan, photocopy, and organize both physical and digital files.
- Mail Management: Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail or courier shipments.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the reception area and common spaces remain neat and professional.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
