- Project Execution: Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure all structural changes, carpentry, and installations align exactly with the design intent.
- Site Management: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors (e.g., painters, electricians, carpenters) to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections, identify defects or deviations, and coordinate corrective actions before the final client handover.
- Material Management: Track inventory, forecast material needs, and verify the safe, timely delivery of raw materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Timeline & Budget: Monitor progress against project schedules and report project status to senior designers or management.
- Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, ensure the site is clean, and ensure workers utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
