- Production Planning: Plan daily and weekly shift targets, manage heat schedules, and coordinate workflow from pattern making to pouring and fettling. [1]
- Process & Quality Control: Monitor green sand parameters, core making, and metal melting to minimize casting rejections and address process faults quickly. [, 2, 3]
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to operators and molders, manage shift deployment, and train workers on job safety and efficiency. []
- Equipment Care: Check molding and melting machines regularly, report breakdowns fast, and work with maintenance teams to reduce downtime. []

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.
