Job Description – Quality Analyst (Tester)
Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi
Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and test summary reports.
- Analyse business and functional requirements to create effective test documentation.
- Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, report, track, and verify software defects until closure.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Ensure all testing activities and documentation comply with project standards and quality processes.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in manual testing and software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience in QA documentation (Test Cases, Test Plans, RTM, Bug Reports, Test Reports, SOPs, and User Manuals).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Candidates with strong documentation skills and attention to detail will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
