Position: Senior Sales Executive
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: Minimum 3–8 years (preferably in Epoxy Components, Electrical, Transformer, Control Panel, Switchgear, or Power Sector Industries)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business opportunities in the Epoxy, Transformer, Control Panel, and Power Sector markets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Expand the company's customer base across India.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in sales and business development within the Epoxy Field and Power Sector.
- Good understanding of Transformers, Control Panels, Switchgear, and Medium Voltage Applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
