Your future duties and responsibilities
Perform end-to-end testing of North American payment systems (ACH, Wire, Fedwire, SWIFT, Cards, RTP/Zelle).
Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
Validate APIs, microservices, payment message formats (ISO 8583/ISO 20022), and backend databases using SQL.
Execute performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
Track and manage defects using JIRA and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, NACHA, and AML/KYC standards.
Support CI/CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps and drive release quality metrics.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of QA experience in North American Banking & Payments.
Hands-on experience in Payments Testing (ACH, Wire Transfers, Fedwire, SWIFT, Cards, RTP/Zelle).
Strong Test Automation experience with Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
Experience in API Testing using Postman/Swagger and testing Microservices.
Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend transaction verification.
Knowledge of ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 payment message formats.
Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
CI/CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
Knowledge of PCI DSS, NACHA, and AML/KYC compliance.
Experience with payment reconciliation and settlement testing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
