Job Profile
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembling desktop computers, installing hardware components, loading operating systems, and installing software. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues while ensuring systems are configured and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble desktop computers and workstations.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems.
- Install and upgrade RAM, SSDs, and graphics cards.
- Install and configure drivers and essential software applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Test assembled systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Configure BIOS settings when required.
- Install antivirus software, Microsoft Office, browsers, and other standard applications.
- Maintain system performance and ensure all installations meet company standards.
- Coordinate with the team for system deployment and support.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of desktop hardware and computer components.
- Experience in desktop assembly and hardware upgrades.
- Proficiency in Windows installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of driver installation and software setup.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for desktops and peripherals.
- Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI settings is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in desktop support or hardware servicing.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are also welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
