Job Title: Ayushman Mitra / Portal OperatorJob SummaryThe Ayushman Mitra / Portal Operator handles the registration and lifecycle management of beneficiaries under the Ayushman Bharat (AB-PMJAY) scheme. The role involves managing the official portal, verifying identities, processing card status changes, and helping patients access cashless healthcare services.Key Responsibilities
- Registration & Verification: Check eligibility using SECC data, collect documents, and complete biometric or OTP-based e-KYC.
- Card Lifecycle Management: Process applications for new Ayushman cards and handle card blocking, unblocking, or deletion in cases of fraud or duplication.
- Data Correction: Update and rectify incorrect beneficiary details, such as name spellings, photos, or mobile numbers on the portal.
- Hospital Helpdesk Operations: Assist patients with admissions, guide them through the pre-authorization process, and coordinate with doctors for claim clearance.
- Data Integrity & Privacy: Maintain daily digital logs of portal transactions while ensuring strict confidentiality of beneficiary data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th standard pass (Graduate degree in any discipline preferred).
- Technical Literacy: Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and comfort using biometric devices or web portals.
- Scheme Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme rules and guidelines.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a CSC Operator, data entry executive, or hospital front-desk agent is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
