About Waterleaf Architects
Waterleaf Architects is a Hyderabad-based architecture and interior design studio specializing in large-scale hospital interiors, bespoke residences, and commercial office spaces. Over the last 3 years we've delivered 1.5 million sq. ft. of interiors with KIMS Hospitals, and we've now signed on for a further 9 million sq. ft. across multiple hospitals one of the largest healthcare interior BIM programs in the region.
Role Summary
We're hiring a BIM Senior Coordinator to lead cross-discipline model coordination and clash detection for our interior fit-out projects. You'll work closely with the BIM Manager to keep Revit models clean, coordinated, and ready for Good for Construction (GFC) issue — across multiple concurrent healthcare and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM modelling activities across architecture, interior, and MEP disciplines
- Run clash detection checks and coordination meetings using Navisworks (or similar tools)
- Review Revit models and drawings for compliance with office BIM standards and templates
- Support the BIM Manager in managing drawing schedules and issue logs across projects
- Mentor and guide BIM Junior Coordinators on coordination workflows
- Flag and resolve design conflicts with architects, interior designers, and site teams before issue
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in BIM coordination for interior design, architecture, or MFP/MEP projects
- Strong hands-on Revit skills; working knowledge of Navisworks or equivalent clash-detection software
- Solid understanding of BIM coordination workflows, drawing standards, and GFC documentation
- Prior experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams (architecture, interiors, MEP, structure)
- Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
- Healthcare, hospital interiors, or large-scale commercial project experience is a strong advantage
