Positions in this function design, develop, and implement customized technical material for various publications (which may require the research and translation of technical information), including but not limited to tutorials, manuals, and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users. May produce content for embedded user assistance technology. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Produces products that meet the needs of consumers, satisfy technical requirements, and conform to the company documentation standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and maintain external & internal documentation/communications for the Value Connect Product team

Required Qualifications:

Graduation - B Tech, MBA

3+ years of documentation and technical writing experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge on US Healthcare and Value Based Care

Understanding of healthcare data

Population health, affordability and care management workflows

Knowledge on SQL & Data Skills

Technical Skills

Experience with:

User Guides platform such as Madcap Flare

Documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.)

Software development lifecycle (Agile/SAFe) and tools like Rally
