To execute, install, test, and maintain plumbing, water supply, drainage, sanitary, and firefighting piping systems at project sites, ensuring all plumbing works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plumbing Installation & Execution
- Execute plumbing works as per approved plumbing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Install water supply, drainage, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, and sanitary piping systems.
- Install CPVC, UPVC, PVC, HDPE, GI, MS, and PPR piping systems as applicable.
- Install sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, water tanks, manholes, inspection chambers, and plumbing accessories.
- Carry out pipe cutting, threading, jointing, and leak-proof installation.
2. Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct hydrostatic pressure testing and leakage testing of plumbing systems.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting systems.
- Rectify defects identified during inspections and testing before project handover.
3. Quality Assurance
- Ensure plumbing works comply with approved drawings, IS standards, and company quality requirements.
- Maintain proper alignment, levels, slopes, and workmanship during installations.
- Coordinate inspections with QA/QC Engineers and Consultants.
4. Safety Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and site regulations while carrying out plumbing works.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety toolbox talks.
Qualifications
- ITI in Plumbing or equivalent Trade Certificate.
- National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) / Government-recognized Plumbing Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in plumbing works for residential or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential building projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
